Mark Milian of the Los Angeles Times wrote
a brief article about James Sadler’s unique idea of making money just by wearing t-shirts. It’s worth reading for a variety of reasons, but most importantly, it shows how a person (or a company!) can leverage the power of social media.
Most of the tools Sadler employs only cost him his time. And now that he’s getting paid for it, that time is obviously well spent.
As Milian astutely points out, Sadler’s project is truly a "Why didn't I think of that?" idea. Only, in my opinion, it’s companies that should be asking that question as much as individuals.
