Portland, OR – Ricochet Partners recently signed an agreement to produce a public relations campaign for the Stand for Children organization to increase awareness of the organization’s “Beat the Odds” luncheon scheduled for November 12, 2008.
“The campaign and the luncheon will highlight the great work that Stand for Children does in championing a stronger voice for children throughout Oregon,” said Jeanne McKirchy-Spencer, Ricochet’s Chief Strategy Officer. “Ultimately, it’s all designed to help raise awareness and funds, so the organization can continue its vital work on issues related to children’s education, health and safety.”
Stand for Children seeks to make the needs of children a higher political priority in Oregon, ensure that all children in Oregon get a fair chance in life and to create a better future for our communities. They focus on building local and statewide networks of grassroots advocates capable of convincing elected officials to invest in and reform children’s programs.
